The Steveston Salmon Festival

are hosting the

Belt Sander Drag Races

Ladies and Gentleman, start your power tools... The races will be run on July 1st, 2001 from 2pm to 4pm, after the Steveston Salmon Festival Parade. Belt Sander Drag Races are fun, family events. There is no entry fee, lots of great prizes, and trophies for first, and second place! The races are divided into stock and modified classes, with additional prizes for Best Decorated Sander. Kids can decorate dad's sander and have fun racing it.., in Historic Steveston, B.C., Canada. This is our 2nd annual Belt Sander Drag Race.

 

Race times are 2-4 PM and will be held in the Lacrosse Box behind the Steveston Community Center.
