Tighten a leaking slip nut
on a trap with two pipe wrenches, or with a wrench and groove-joint pliers.
Wrap the jaws of both tools with duct tape to prevent marring the chrome
pipe surfaces. Grip the lower pipe with one wrench to hold it stationary
while turning the nut with the other.
